Rooms and verandas

Bungalows

Clean, comfortable interiors paired with an island-inspired aesthetic built around natural materials, soft daylight and private outdoor living. Every bungalow keeps the same idea: a cool, quiet room to retreat into and a veranda that carries the rest of the day.

The garden paths connect the bungalows to each other and to the sand, so the beach is never more than a short walk from the door, and the walk back always ends with a hot shower waiting.

The idea

Nothing here is oversized or ornate. The interiors keep to what makes a tropical stay restful, and the veranda carries the rest of the day.

Each standalone bungalow features air conditioning, a private bathroom with a hot rainfall shower, an electric kettle, a mini-refrigerator, and direct garden access to Corong Corong Beach.

Inside your stay

Cool air, quiet hours

Inside, the bungalow is arranged around comfortable bedding and air conditioning, which matters on the warm afternoons that follow a morning on the water. A small electric kettle sits ready for coffee or tea, and a mini-refrigerator keeps water and whatever you carried back from town cool through the day.

The private bathroom has a hot rainfall shower, which becomes the most welcome part of the room after hours of salt, sand and sun. Between the shower and the cool room, the middle of the day tends to turn into a long, unplanned pause before anyone thinks about going back out.

The veranda hours

The room guests use most

Every bungalow features a private wooden veranda furnished with daybeds and seating, facing the tropical garden and the shoreline.

Breakfast

Breakfast on your terrace

Breakfast is freshly prepared and can be served on your own terrace, so the first part of the day does not require going anywhere. You stay where you woke up, still barefoot, with the garden and the shoreline in front of you and the morning still cool enough to sit in comfortably.

It suits both early risers heading out for a boat and anyone happy to let the morning stretch. Either way it happens on the veranda rather than in a dining room, which is a small difference that changes the shape of the whole day.
